Raál Spandana
Advanced Volunteer (Sevak)

The Hands of the Unmanifest
"To serve is to expand. To expand is to become Raál."
In the lineage of Avasi Adva, service (Seva) is not merely an act of helping; it is the highest form of Karma Yoga, the yoga of selfless action. As a Sevak, you become the invisible breath that sustains the community, creating the sacred container where others find their silence. You are the hands of the unmanifest, ensuring that the "Pulse" flows without obstruction
The Sacred Structure: The Mandala Cycle

Service in this lineage is not an indefinite obligation but a conscious commitment to a rhythmic cycle known as a Mandala.
-
The 3-Month Mandala: Volunteers commit to one full "Mandala" of service, lasting 3 months. This specific duration allows you to immerse fully in the discipline of service without the weight of indefinite attachment. It is a season of giving.
-
The Spanda Review: At the conclusion of each Mandala, we do not conduct a "performance review." Instead, we hold a Spanda Review. This is a spiritual check-in to determine if your energy remains aligned with the task and if the service continues to nourish your own expansion. Renewal of the role depends on this energetic resonance, not just operational output.
-
Operational Rhythm & Commitment
-
To maintain the integrity of the Raál field, consistency is key.
-
Time Commitment: A minimum of 5 Hours per week is required. This time is your offering to the lineage and the community.
-
The Seva Circle (Bi-Weekly): You are never serving alone. Every two weeks, all Sevaks gather for the Seva Circle.
-
Operational: Aligning on logistics and community needs.
-
Spiritual: Re-calibrating our intent so that our work remains "Service as Silence," preventing it from becoming mere labour.
-

Dakshina: The Energy Exchange
Cost: Nirvyaya (Priceless / No Monetary Cost)
This path is purely Karma Yoga. There is no financial fee to join, and no monetary salary is given. The currency here is Grace.
The Exchange: In gratitude for your selfless expansion and support of the Sangha, active Sevaks receive spiritual privileges designed to deepen their own practice:
-
The Inner Circle: Exclusive access to private Satsangs with Sri AMaRa. These are intimate gatherings focused on higher teachings not shared with the general public.
-
Sanctuary Concession: A 10% Concession on all future Advanced Immersions or Retreats during your active tenure as a Sevak.
