What is Raal?

In the Avasi Adva tradition, history provides the timeline, but The Raal provides the technology. Historically, the Raal (or Raal Parampara) refers to the "Resonance Codex"—the specific energetic blueprint used by the 744 Lineage Custodians to maintain high-coherence states of consciousness amidst the chaos of changing epochs.

The Science of Spandana (Pulse) Spandana translates to "Primordial Pulse." In our modern application, it refers to the science of Bio-Coherence. It is the practice of aligning the human nervous system with the fundamental rhythm of life force (Prana).
