1. The Cycle of Awakening (Feb–Mar)
Theme: Re-igniting inner fire and clarity
Purpose: Clearing old karmic densities, stabilising the pranic field

2. The Cycle of Renewal (Apr–May)
Theme: Heart-expansion and emotional purification
Purpose: Dissolving past emotional residues, cleansing Anahata and Nāḍī pathways

3. The Cycle of Empowerment (Jun–Jul)

Eyes closed.
Gaze turned slightly upward as if looking through the center of the forehead — nothing strained.
If this leads to pressure, drop to heart-center drishti.
