Terms and Conditions
 

Applicable to:  All Distance and in person Programs

By registering for any program offered by Dveka UCSRD  (DVEKA Universal Centre for Spiritual Research and Development LLP), you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Spiritual Intent & Nature of Program

The programs guided by AdiGuru Maitreya Rudrabhayananda and Licensed Teachers or Acharyas are rooted in the Avasi Adva lineage. They focus on spiritual unlearning and refining inner conditions.

• These programs are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

• The Organisation does not claim to "cure" any physical or mental ailments. Participation is for spiritual growth only.

2. Eligibility & Conduct

• Age: Participants under the age of 18 must be registered and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Integrity of Practice: Participants agree to follow the "Essential Guidelines," including maintaining silence, following the satvik diet, and avoiding the "strictly avoid" list (e.g., performing spirituality for others).

• Environment: Since this is a distance/online program, the Participant is solely responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and quiet environment conducive to the sādhana.

3. Financial Contribution (Dakshina)

• Registration Fee: The requested contribution (e.g., ₹1,100/-) is a gesture of alignment and is used to support the organisational mission and logistics.

• Refund Policy: Contributions are generally non-refundable as they are utilised immediately for program facilitation. In exceptional cases, the Organisation may allow the transfer of the fee to a future program at its sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided during the program—including but not limited to guided meditations, video/audio recordings, written materials, and the specific structure of the Sādhana—is the intellectual property of DVEKA UCSRD and AdiGuru Maitreya Rudrabhayananda.

• Participants may not record, replicate, or distribute these materials without express written consent.

• The "Unlearning" processes are for personal use only.

5. Health and Liability

• Self-Responsibility: The Participant acknowledges that they are in good physical and mental health to undertake the sādhana (including light fasting and silent sitting).

• Limitation of Liability: Dvekaucsrd, its volunteers, and AdiGuru Maitreya Rudrabhayananda shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage (personal or property) arising from participation in the program or the application of the practices.

6. Termination of Participation

The Organization reserves the right to discontinue a Participant’s access to the program if their conduct is found to be disruptive, disrespectful to the lineage, or in violation of the "Essential Guidelines" of the sādhana.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
