Refunds and returns Policy

DVEKA Universal Centre for Spiritual Research and Development (UCSRD)

At DVEKA UCSRD, we are dedicated to providing high-quality spiritual research tools, guidance, and transformative sādhanas. We recognize that circumstances may change, and we have established the following guidelines to ensure a transparent and respectful process for all seekers.

1. Digital Programs & Online Sādhanas

Applicable to: Inner Sādhana, Online/offline/in person Workshops, Webinars, and Guided Meditations.

  • Non-Refundable Nature: Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary research, spiritual teachings, and intellectual property, all registrations for online programs and sādhanas are final and non-refundable.

  • Transfer of Participation: If you are unable to attend a program for which you have registered, you may request to:

    • Transfer your registration to a future scheduled program of equal value.

    • Transfer your seat to another seeker (family member or friend).

    • Condition: Such requests must be submitted via email at least 48 hours before the program commencement.

  • Technical Failures: In the rare event that a technical failure on our platform prevents you from accessing the live session or digital content, we will provide an alternative viewing window, a recorded version (where applicable), or a credit for a future session.

2. Physical Products

Applicable to: Books, Sādhana Kits, and Spiritual Artifacts.

  • Return Window: You may return physical items within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition for Return: To maintain the sanctity and quality of our research tools, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used in a sādhana, worn, or show any signs of damage.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please:

    • Take a clear photograph of the damaged item and packaging.

    • Contact us at [insert_email@dvekaucsrd.com] within 48 hours of delivery.

    • We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or wrongly sent, the seeker is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Spiritual Consultations & Astrological Services

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments involve dedicated research time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time rescheduling at no additional cost.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable, as the time was specifically blocked for your guidance.

4. Donations & Dakshina (Seva)

  • Voluntary Contributions: Any voluntary donations or Dakshina made to support the research and development work of the Centre or the Soul Searchers Trust are contributions toward humanitarian and spiritual causes and are strictly non-refundable.

💳 Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our administration:

  • Payment Method: The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment used during checkout.

  • Indian Bank Transfers: Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear in your statement.

  • International Payments: Processing times vary by international banking protocols but typically take 10–14 business days.

⚖️ Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
