1. License and Access

Upon purchase or registration, DVEKA UCSRD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digital content for personal, non-commercial use.

• Account Sharing: Login credentials are for a single user only. Sharing access is a violation of our intellectual property.

• Access Duration: Access to live-streamed events or time-bound programs (like the 11-Day Sādhana) expires as per the program schedule unless stated otherwise.

2. No-Refund Policy for Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital products (which are accessible or downloadable immediately upon purchase), all sales of digital programs and downloads are final and non-refundable. * By registering, you acknowledge that the value is in the "availability" of the research and guidance provided.

3. Technical Requirements

The Participant is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware (computer/smartphone) and high-speed internet connection to access the program. DVEKA UCSRD is not liable for interruptions caused by the user’s local internet failure.

4. Intellectual Property

All digital audio, video, and text are the property of the Avasi Adva lineage. Recording, screen-capturing, or distributing these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

📦 Section B: Terms for Physical Products

Applicable to: Books, Sādhana Kits, Incense, and Spiritual Artifacts.

1. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.

• Customs/Duties: For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We take great care in the research and selection of our physical materials.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or are defective.

• Exchanges: If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no extra cost upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damage.

3. Natural Variations

4. Cancellation of Orders

Physical orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the item has been dispatched to our shipping partner, the order cannot be canceled.

The Organization shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations (digital or physical) due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
