By accessing this website, participating in any program (including the 11-Day Inner Sādhana), or receiving any spiritual guidance or therapy, you (the "Participant/Seeker") acknowledge and agree to the following legal terms:

1. No Medical or Professional Advice

All content, therapies, yoga practices (Adhbhuta), and spiritual research provided by DVEKA UCSRD are for informational and spiritual purposes only.

  • Not a Substitute: The practices and guidance offered are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult Your Physician: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychiatric condition.

  • Do Not Disregard Advice: Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website or experienced during a program.

2. Definition of "Therapy" and "Research"

The terms "Therapy" and "Research" used within the context of the Avasi Adva lineage refer to Holistic Spiritual Inquiry and Energy-based Well-being.

  • Non-Clinical: These sādhanas and therapies are not clinical in nature. DVEKA UCSRD does not function as a licensed medical facility or a psychological clinic.

  • Subjective Inquiry: "Research" refers to the subjective investigation of consciousness and the five elements (Pancha Bhutas). It is not to be confused with peer-reviewed clinical or academic scientific research.

3. Physical and Mental Health Responsibility

Participation in yoga, meditation, or light fasting (Sādhana) requires physical and mental stability.

  • Participant Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with the practices. If you have a history of serious mental health conditions (such as psychosis or severe clinical depression), you must consult a licensed mental health professional before beginning these deep spiritual processes.

  • Physical Limitations: You are responsible for monitoring your own physical limits. DVEKA UCSRD and its guides are not responsible for injuries resulting from physical exertion or the adoption of specific postures/techniques.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Spirituality is a deeply personal and subjective journey.

  • Individual Outcomes: While the processes of the Avasi Adva lineage have been designed through extensive spiritual research, DVEKA UCSRD makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the specific outcome, "enlightenment," or healing a Participant may experience.

  • Testimonials: Any testimonials or examples shown are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

5. Distance & Online Participation

For participants engaging in "Distance Sādhana" or online programs:

  • Environment: You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical environment is safe.

  • Guidance: You acknowledge that distance guidance is not the same as in-person supervision and you agree to follow all safety protocols provided in the program guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVEKA Universal Centre for Spiritual Research and Development, its founder AdiGuru Maitreya Rudrabhayananda, its instructors, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the spiritual practices provided.

  • Any emotional or physical distress perceived to be caused by the "unlearning" process.

  • Unauthorized access to your personal environment during distance participation.

7. International Jurisdictional Statement

  • India: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

  • International Users: If you are accessing this program from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. By participating, you waive any right to pursue legal action against DVEKA UCSRD in any jurisdiction other than Delhi, India.
